oh, my hearing was never any good, as I've always had tinnitus in varying degrees.

No to both. I'm totally undisciplined and hate following any rules, especially those related to lifestyle.

I enjoy humanity from a distance. I like knowing they're close by, but happy not to see any for days! As for rule following, if I deem the rule to be silly it won't be followed. And there are plenty of silly rules these days.

TPBM can throw a backhand frisbee.
