Worked perfectly. I wish Kobo would provide access to this directly. I am sure there are many "bricked" devices out there that can be fixed this way! Thanks for the help

Hello,
If i am reading it right, the dump you have is for Kobo Glo? (not HD)

If so,
Can i have that dump too?
I formatted internal memory card (**by accident**) and have no backups myself.
Thanks in advance.

I have images for most of the Kobo ereaders that have a removable internal µSD card. I'll send you a PM with the link to the Glo image.

Hello.
First of all, I don't speak English. I use a translator. I have installed on my Kobo Glo HD the Inkbook operating system, but it is very slow and I wanted to go back. I don't know what happened but my Kobo doesn't recognize the microsd with an original Kobo Glo HD image. The screen froze on a page of a book when I tried Inkboox. I don't know what else I can do. It can't seem to read the sd. Although my pc can read it out of the Kobo. Do you know what to do in a case like this, throw the erader in the trash?
Any help would be welcome.

Aghhh,

It seems I am joining in the elaborate scandal of bricked Kobo Glo N613's, and attempted to do the SD card update installation. I believe I have corrupted both cards (original + new) and will try once again if I can please have the moderator forward me a copy of the image...

While you have private message enabled, you will need to allow non-admins to send you messages.

User Control Panel => Settings & Options => Edit Options => Messaging & Notifications => Private Messaging, remove the checkmark from Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators
