This is true. The local peaches are in season, as well as the corn, and the fresh apples will be available soon. Crisp new crop apples that haven't been mechanically waxed and shined. Yum.

Aw now, Ladies, do what the Texans do. Come on over in the winter. When it's cold and icy in January, 25C and sunshine (if you get the timing right! Winter is highly variable in Texas) and all the snakes, lizard, spiders, ect., are all dormant...
