While some of the recipes may be worthwhile at the $0.00 price, the formatting of the ebook isn't that great and the recipes I checked were copied verbatim from elsewhere. Such trivia as some of the recipes including sources such as (available in Asian grocery store) for one example while many others don't. Multiple typos such as "ring chicken feet under cold running water" and "Pat dry with kitchen tower" in the recipe for chicken feet in black bean sauce which I admit to finding rather humorous.

I did try the Steamed Chicken Feet In Black Bean Sauce and it was pretty decent though not a match for my MIL's Phoenix Claws.

I've never been a fan of chicken feet since I had some in a Chinese Restaurant in 1984. No. And neither was I keen on baby octopus in some sort of casserole. Phoenix claws sound magical.
