You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post in this thread to let me know.

Unhappy

I had been using my device, which I purchased in 2019, occasionally. However, recently I wanted to turn it on to read an e-book, but it wouldn’t start after not being used for a long time (I think).

I press the power button, but the screen shows three dots moving (blinking and progressing). The device couldn’t be started. I haven’t been able to use it. What should I do? Since two years have passed, the warranty has expired as well.

I wanted to ask for your help. I would be very grateful for your assistance; otherwise, the device will end up in the trash.

Thank you. Best regards.

I forgot to send the image of the device. It is attached.

Thanks, it worked!

The reader was bricked. It got stuck in a boot loop. Nothing on the screen, just a few flashes.

Turned out, the original SD card was corrupt. I managed to clone the original to a new SD card. This worked aswell, but it is better to start fresh with your image. Thanks a lot!
