This is a carrot cupcake with cream cheese icing. Carrots are good for you, and cream cheese icing has to be better for you than normal fondant:

Does it bother you when people end sentences with prepositions, or do you take it in stride like the fellow who devised the following witticism?

Didn't get to that part yet. I bought that book and read the first part, but got diverted to other things....
