There is always a chance that these will end up free on Amazon as well (after all, they are "free" editions), but currently these two books are 99 cents on the Kindle (but are free in the Sony store and for the nook - see the B&N links, if interested).

Reading the first post in this thread, it said some of the cheap books from Amazon has ads (advertisements)... Is this right? I'm paying Us$2 for every free book... Is there any way of knowing this book will have advertisements?

I have never seen a book with advertisements. In the original post, "ADS" refers to Amazon Digital Services, in other words, self- published, not advertising.

Oh cool. I loved Stennett's book The End Is Now, a satirical novel about a small town selected as the "test market" for the Rapture. Publishers Weekly gave it a starred review and said "Stennett offers the apocalypse for the wry and non-literal-minded." I hope that guy writes more.
