I drive a 2006 Toyota Corolla.... and as soon as I learn to drive standard (I have been begging everyone around me to teach me for years, but alas, nobody has!), I will be driving a 2007 Audi a4. I almost burned out the clutch in one lesson, so there may not be an actual car left to drive by the time I'm ready!

I don't have a car and I don't have a driving license (I do have my learner's permit, though). I can get around by walking or using the university's public transportation system (read, lots of buses). When at home for vacations, I don't go out much, and when I do my mother takes me wherever we need to go in her car. It seems to work out okay...

Love the video Vivaldi!

Our current daily driver is a Peugeot 1007, the dream garage contains a Citroen DS, a Citroen Traction Avant, and a Bentley 4.5 litre "Blower"

(There's a damn good reason that when pronounced with a french accent the "DS" in citroen DS sounds like the french for "Goddess")

Hehhehehe - just found this - Citroen DS papercraft, print, cut out and glue

It's been a marketing plan from the inception of the car.

It is. And also I'd say "Intemporal design". And that suspension borders on genious.

Definately. See a DS on the road today, and it still looks "in date" - perhaps even a little futuristic.

Me want one

For me it's the BMW Isetta.

I remember the Isetta from when I was very, very young. A matter of taste, I guess. I, personally, am reminded of the phrase "a face only a mother could love.."

They were called "Bubble Cars" here in the UK. I remember them from when I was a kid.

Are you allowed to do that in the US?

In the UK, if you take your driving test in an automatic, then that's marked as a restriction on your driving licence, and you're only allowed to drive automatics. If you want to drive a car with a manual transmission, you have to re-take your driving test in such a car.
