I wish now that I had held off on buying the Whispersyncs for some Kindle ebooks that I've purchased recently. I could have gotten them during this promotion. But, November 27 is a ways off, so maybe there will be some other Whispersyncs that I will be interested in buying.

Anywhere from 28 Nov to 05 Dec. It'll expire 31 Dec.

The last time I took advantage of this offer I had to convince customer service that the Whispersync titles qualified as a purchase. He ultimately gave me the $10, but did not seem to think he had to. So the coupon may not come automatically.

I was just going to say this very thing! I've made note of the expiration date of the offer and intend to call a week before it expires if it has not been applied to my account.

Don't know how long the special will last, but you can get a really supurb version of Dracula (large cast) from Audible for free. Just do a search for Dracula. I think that's how I got it last year - it was free for a few days after Halloween.

That was last month's free Whispersync for Voice audiobook of the month. Generally, they remain free for several days into the following month.

I did a search of this thread but didn't see where this had been posted before. If it has been, I apologize.

Naxos Audiobooks is offering free M4B downloads of 3 audiobooks:
- The Call of the Wild.
- Northanger Abbey.
- Famous People in History, Volume 1.

They also offer free "digital booklets" in pdf for each one of the audiobooks. I don't know what's in the companion pdfs of the first two titles. The booklet for Famous People, however, gives an index of the contents of the book (it may not be given for the first two books as it's perhaps not needed for them) and some supplemental material.

How do the first two audiobooks differ from or compare to all of the audiobooks of The Call of the Wild and Northanger Abbey that are floating around or pop up from time to time? The answer is . . . I dunno.
