I have a Kobo Glo device, model n613, and while trying to solve some PC issues, I formatted the internal sd card (didn't even know there was an internal sd card). Now my Kobo is stuck on an infinite loading screen and my PC doesn't recognize the sdcard drive anymore. I would like you to give me the disk image, so that I can try to sove this problem, please.

It sounds like you didn't pull the card out of the Glo. If so, any formatting you did should only affect the user accessible partition. In that case, you should be able to recover by doing a factory reset. This is done by:

- Make sure the battery has charge.
- Holding the power switch in the off position for about 20 seconds.
- Hold the light button down and turn the device on.
- When the screen changes, release the light button.

If that works, it saves you from opening the device.

I have a 4GB internal SD Card.

My kobo glo just bricked overnight (probably went out of battery during an update).

Running out of power shouldn't brick the device. Leave it on charge for a few hours. If it doesn't wake, do a factory reset using the buttons.

Yeah I tried all that. I read that if the device runs out of power while updating it might corrupt the data and brick it.

I tried factory reset, I tried normal reset. I even unplugged the battery to make sure it's off but nothing helped.

I booted up an Android OS on a second SD card and it worked so the EBook reader is not broken.
