DG- I'm with you on the potatoes! mmmm... I would forego almost any kind of desert to have double, nay, triple helpings of one of my favorite meals-- ground beef and potatoes fried up together. MMMMMM. Maybe I'll make that today!

(I used to eat mashed potatoes as a meal- in high school and beyond)

Although I prefer pasta to potatoes - only just though.
