Just skip Amazon. I have it on my 4K Fire TV Stick and just subscribed directly at the Curiosity Stream web site. You just download the app from Amazon app store and sign in.

Nope. Generally that stuff has drm on it. Once I watch a documentary, I usually don't watch it again anyway.
