I love it when Mary Tyler Moore tells a joke! She has a real knack, and a bit of a dirty mind!

As for tubal ligation, it leaves the levels of sex hormone unchanged, and they keep their normal reproductive behavior. It seems more humane. I'm surprised more vets don't offer the choice in addition to spaying. I'm sure Norton would be more pleased with a female whose sexual behavior was unaltered. There are the additional problems for the owners (like spraying), but that just goes with the territory. I could live with that in exchange for two happier animals.

Eminem.....erm, Susan, you can have the most recent posts displayed on the top of the first page and the oldest at the bottom of the last page by going to Control Panel, selecting Edit Options, go to the Thread Display Options, and selecting "Linear - Newest First" from the drop-down box.

female dogs wouldn't give a flying fellatio about being spayed. they are not any more happy about/with life than any human female with a REALLY bad/hormonal menustral cycle.

Yes that's nasty up four mile Canyon -- at least one acquaintance (writing group member) has had to evacuate twice now.

We drove up Mt. Evans to Summit Lake -- road was closed beyond ... not sure why...maybe they close it after Labor Day.
