Just found another person on set today with a Kindle 2. That's 3 of us together. It's raining Kindles around here (along with real rain).

I would strongly suggest you get your feathery rear in gear and find us about 95 or so more..........we're falling behind here!!!

The HP arrived yesterday but it came too late in the day for me to return it right away (it goes back on Friday... unopened). The Asus arrives tomorrow but I won't be home to receive it.

I was when I joined mobileread after my PRS-505 broke. I thought I wouldn't be able to repair it and was considering getting something else. But then I found out I'd be able to get a refurbished one for a 100 dollars and forgot about the Kindle 2.

After joining Mobileread, I also discovered that Amazon is seeking to dominate the world by selling all of the world's books thereby controlling what people think

Now I am a solid Sony person, I better the change my user details. And Sony now has an approximately 40% lead on Kindles, but 3-4 months later, the picture will change as people really start buying Kindle DXs.

(Okay Zelda, you now have an excuse ... DRM and "Geographical Restriction" are both preventing you from indicating you have a Sony in the list of devices) ...

Since as Harry constantly points out the Kindle is only available to a measely 5% of the worlds population, I am not surprised at all that there are more Sony owners around here.

I'd be interested to see the break down of this poll with options like:

I am in the US and have a Kindle
I am outside the US and have a Kindle
I am in the US and have a Sony
I am outside the US and have a Sony
I am in the US and have both
I am outside the US and have both
