If by editor you mean the edit book tool then opena command prompt and run the command
calibre-debug --edit-book and post any output |

I can't provide a useful debug log as the Editor is running without issues on my Win10 22h2 with the "ancient" MX230 GPU

With my somewhat newer machine, I can open the editor from the command line and can even pass it a book to edit. Windows 11 24H2 (26100.3037) on an i9, NVidia T1000 8G display adapter.
