I have a garbled screen on my Kobo Aura One, not sure if you can help but I'm looking to reinstall firmware/software, is there an image with instructions for this.

Any help appreciated

Sorry, there isn't an image available for the Aura ONE. It doesn't have removable internal memory, so even if there was an image available, there is probably no way to restore it on a non-working device.

But, a "garbled screen" is probably because of a cracked backplane. There are plenty of photos of this posted to compare to what you are seeing. Or post a photo for us to see.

Hello,

I suspect my Kobo Clara's SD is damaged, as I am having a lot of troubles with sideloading books and Calibre keeps on telling me that the database is corrupted (even after reset). Could I get the SD image please?
