I don't think I'm going to beat that!

I've also added some ~$3 books and ~$1 novellas I'm going to put together to total over $4.

You would have to post a couple more authors for me to search for, hm?

I opened up the Calibre folder on my computer for a comparison to see what I already had. Easier than opening up Calibre and searching or sorting IMO.

I bought 5 this morning and received a checkout error when I tried the 6th.

The error detail is CVV no match. I am not locked out of my account. I tried a different credit card and received the same message. I have sent an email but wondered if anyone else had received this error.

Maybe it's related to the actual file?

It's nice those books stay downloadable from the site. Was out and about with DH earlier and forgot my kindle and was reading from the Overdrive app.

It's saying your security code is wrong.

My credit card company finally gave me a call to confirm that I had authorized all of charges from my mega-buying spree. I guess 100 charges was their limit

That is what I thought, but I have checked and I am entering it correctly. The card still works at other places, though.

I got that too this morning. Finally got my bookshelf opened and went to start buying my first, mind you, my first and got the CVV error. It was all entered correctly too. So my 5 call to them. They are very nice. Different card didn't help either. Am waiting for them to call me back. She took all the info. Problem is it is getting late in the day back east. In the meantime, I am reading all your recs for books and checking them out. Anyone read Carla Neggers? Think I have seen her name around. Any good?
ATDrake I am definitely going to try the Jeannie Lin Chinese ones. Look interesting.
If I ever get to buy anything I will let you all know though you will probably hearing my cheer from California!

I just treid buying a couple more books to see if I'd get the CVV error too, but I didn't the orders went through just fine. FWIW the card I'm using is a Visa.
