Hi, everyone. All done here in Regina and getting ready to head home. Nothing but BAD hotel coffee here, or hopeless tea bags. Sigh.

Paul -- nice Rhodo pictures. This spring has been a really good one for rhododendrons in British Columbia and it's quite a sight.

Heading home in a bit, and looking forward to being back.

Good morning, everyone! Somehow it became Thursday again. This seems to happen often. I have unbranded Keemun tea in my cup and some fresh English muffins with home-made butter and raspberry jam spread on top! I really like raspberries! Looks as if it's going to be a bright, sunny day today, so I'm going to take a ride up in the mountains and see if I can find some magic!

Morning, all! It's good to be back home. The trip to Regina went well, but I really miss having a reliable source of tea. And I knew there wasn't much hope at the hotel I was in. (Not my first, second, or even third choice, but apparently there was some sort of convention in town at the same time.

)

We officially released our product overnight, on time, and I got all of my part done before getting on the plane to Regina.

The boss was happy, so that's good. And hopefully I'll have a bit more time now.

So, going to start off with some fresh squeezed orange juice, and a big cup of Peet's Anniversary Breakfast Blend. I'm really enjoying this as a morning tea. I may well have to buy a bit more before it becomes unavailable. (It's a limited release.)

Good morning, all! Hanna kin! BBQ'd chicken for breakfast? Why not? And a big mug of East India Company's "Royal Breakfast" tea, hot buttermilk biscuits, and hashbrown potatoes! Who says breakfast has to be boring? Looks as if it's going to be a rainy day today, so a good day to ride the train into Osaka and do some shopping! Traffic and parking problems make it no fun at all to drive downtown.

I think I have time for a second mug of tea before I go... I like taking the trains as it gives me an extra two hours today to read!

Sweet iced tea in my cup. Not a whole lot to do here at my mother's house, so I'm practicing biscuit-making. Might as well take advantage of having an expert nearby to critique me!

Busy day today, lots of hardware mucking about, since I have a bit of a break until the next round of insanity.

So, while being frustrated by hardware, I've been relaxed by good tea. After breakfast, some Lapsang Souchong, and then this afternoon, Phoenix Mountain Oolong.

But now? Talisker 10yr.

Well, not quite Islay, it's from the Isle of Skye, but close enough.

And most definitely nectar of the gods. Currently my favourite single malt if I had to pick just one. But fortunately I don't, so I can have lots of different ones. Just like tea, in that sense. There are times I feel like a lighter Highland malt, others I'm looking for the Lapsang Souchong of malts, like Lagavulin from Islay. Love them all.

Peppermint tea with lunch, enjoying being home after a few days in the big smoke doing some babysitting. Gone over to the dark side and bought a Kindle to go with my other readers, there's just too many free kindle books to let go and it gets too hard reading them for long on my Ipod. It's not nearly as pretty as my Sony so I've ordered a skin to brighten it up.
