Fresh basil pesto fettucine that my son made. First time he's made the whole dinner for the family! It was good, too.

Thai Green curry with chicken. Number 4 worked perfectly too!
Five minutes of prep work, 15 minutes of cooking time, and another great dinner!

#5... Tamarind Shrimp.... Oh... this one was goooooood! Big shrimp in a sauce of tamarind, palm sugar, nam pla, cilantro roots, shallots, and garlic. So simple, yet sooo good.

Duck marylands marinated in buttermilk then slow-braised in a turmeric-bay-onion (and probably other things) sauce, with green veg on the side.

Khao Soy Gai, Pad Thai Kung, Popiya, Kwai tio nam mu, and Bananas in Coconut milk.

Just an nice relaxing day in a Thai cooking class!

It was good! A maryland is a hindquarter, and a duck is an aquatic bird, quite tasty.

We're not allowed to eat chicken in this here thread, so it's time to branch out into other poultry and gamebirds! If only they sold pheasant in these here parts... and there are few native birds worth eating, aside from emu.
