Just came in from taking down the patio umbrellas. The wind is gusting so much it keeps blowing them and their iron stands down.

Now curled up with some hot chocolate.

Ahmad Darjeeling tea. I've got a terrible cold, but I'm actually getting more work done than I would have thought. I'm lying on the couch with the laptop and watching the Guild on Apple TV while reorganizing my corpus and trying to weed some excess out - and I'm actually having fun, despite my sniffling!

Glad to hear you are making progress even if you are feeling bad.

OJ and skim milk with breakfast. It is weird, breakfast is the only time of day that I am Hungary. The rest of the day I feel full but make myself eat because I know I have to.

Good morning, everyone! Another Wednesday to contemplate... Why do we spell it so funny?... Hot buttered home-made English Muffins this morning. I don't like to buy them because the shops always use too much corn meal and I have to brush it off. Feels like I'm eating gravel! (Princess and the Pea?) Hot Taylors of Harrogate's "English Breakfast" tea this morning. I've been out of it for a few weeks but found some yesterday. Nice to have it back. It's a very good blend.

Here, there - Had family visit last weekend, family graduate the weekend before, we visited family the weekend before that. And I think I worked in there somewhere...

I really need that three day weekend coming up.

(the graduation trip: found a really cool little street market in the town where we stayed. Had a booth that sold loose-leaf tea...and another that sold donuts made on-site. Was almost ready to move there.)
