I just can't shake this little respiratory issue. I thought, for a day or two, it was gone but it is back and worse. Still not *quite* bad enough for calling out and seeing a doctor but close and making me miserable. Plus, the 24-hr non-drowsy that seems to help a bit makes my heart jackhammer.

^That is the story of my last almost three weeks. I don't do the decongestant non-drowsies because they make me not feel good at all. I'd rather have the congestion.

Same thing for two weeks. I take Alka-Seltzer Plus and gargle with salt water. Nasty but it helps. I think in my case anyway, it's Bronchitis and can last awhile.

unfortunately at the cost of their own health...

In Poland there even is a figure of speech for fast-healing people: their injuries are said to "heal like on a dog"

That's really going to throw a monkey wrench into the sales of Neosporin, Bacitracin, and Polymyxin, and the like... Convenient, and you always have it with you! Comes in nicer containers, too!

Am currently trying to think of the most tactful way possible to tell my new Dr. that her nursing staff needs customer service skills (without resorting to swearing). I've never had to do my own follow-ups to see if a specialist (which my Dr. sent me to) has received reports that were requested.

Of course they haven't received them. The frustration is amazing...
