Very pretty! And remarkably good considering it was a phone camera!

I have an ice cold glass of Bombay Sapphire and a bowl of popcorn to see me through the evening!

Peet's Major Dickason's. With milk and sugar. It's funny, I drink all tea plain, but want my coffee "regular" as we'd say in New York.

Rooibos Panna Cotta Rhubarb Cream pot two. I had a V8 Concord Grape/Raspberry drink with lunch. Skim Milk and OJ with breakfast.

Life is good. Well, work is boring but there is nothing new there.

Life is good, work is not even boring, though it's a bit intense right now!

In my cup, earlier -- Peet's Golden Dragon Oolong. This may be a "rare tea", but it just doesn't do it for me. Maybe I'm not brewing it right, or maybe it just isn't my cup of tea. IAC, I won't be buying it again. Especially not when the Phoenix Mountain Oolong I got at the same time is positively delightful.

In my cup now an old standbye. Peet's Pride of the Port.

I have found many of the rare teas to be highly overrated.

Yes. One suspects there's a reason they're rare.

OTOH, often they're rare because the estate they come from is small, and the production is also small and not automated. This can produce a lovely tea. For example, the Okayti Estate Darjeeling that Peet's sells. It's a lovely first flush Darjeeling. Of course, you have to like first flush Darjeeling, which would definitely leave anyone using milk out.

I just ordered their Yunnan Gold Leaf. We'll see how that "rare tea" works for me.

Coke Zero #1 in my cup.
quite lovely! but reminds me of scotchbroom which is nice to look at, but an invasive weed and apparently hell on allergy sufferers.

so does that become canola oil?

Good morning

This morning I got up from a long, complicated, thrilling dream. I think I dream in colors!

upset? he was 3 days old and totally out of it!

I made that necklace... and I can't remember if it was summer camp or my Grandmother's house, and actually still have it! and the dress! my daughter wore it about 10 years ago when she was in competition driving Draft Horses, there was one class; "Ladies Cart" where you were "out courting" so had to look nice. she looked very nice! and won the Washington State Junior Draft Horse Competition!

I remember back in the late 60's the state of California tried planting it along highways as a decorative plant... Worked well until people discovered that if you dried it and smoked it, you'd get high. Within a few months there was not a single plant still standing.

I have a tall glass of ice tea made fresh with Ceylon Dimbula!

Skim milk and OJ

Babies take a while to smile. If there is a picture of you smiling in the first few months it is probably gas.

Rum!

We never eat fruit cake because it has rum
And one little taste turns a man to a bum
Oh, can you imagine a sorrier sight
Than a man eating fruit cake until he gets tight

Away, away with rum by gum, with rum by gum, with rum by gum
Away, away with rum by gum, the song of the temperance union

Scotch broom is a major problem here. Some idiot imported it, and now we can't get rid of it.

Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. Getting near the end of the heritage navels, have to see what my local produce manager can find for me now. Whatever it is, it's unlikely to be as good as this batch has been.

Currently drinking wine that came from a box. At nine in the morning. But it's okay, because I work night shift so this is technically my bedtime.
