Today was up and down with frustrations. One of my appointments was in Tacoma. I go to T town as little as possible. I'm more inclined to take the ferry to Seattle and take care of biz. There. I had an appointment with an emg (electrical probes into your skin). Since I ran rarely go that way I decided to hit the only German deli in the area that I'm aware of. I'm stuffing my face with brotchen, several kinds of wurst, cheese, good mustard. If I go missing someone might suggest the possibility of a food coma for those looking. Yummmmmm

Some little cheddar cheese flavored crackers, shaped like tiny penguins. I suspect they're trying to compete with Pepperidge Farms' "Goldfish."

They were pretty good.

I found the menu on the net and decided to recreate it. I made a couple of changes (the menu called for mango compote but I wanted fresh mango.)
Not much prep time, and the most difficult part was the Panna Cotta, which really isn't difficult!

My first attempt at home-made Pad Grapow Gai. It worked!
However, it raised some questions... I think it's time for me to go to a Thai cooking school for a day or two.
