We had a family get-together for supper tonight at which I had two big glasses of iced tea, then a strong cup of coffee. This probably explains why I'm still sitting here playing on the computer at 1 a.m., and not feeling the least bit sleepy.

A completely fogged in day, with periods of heavy rain just to keep the mold and mildew happy and growing.

Breakfast was my smoked salmon on my DW's homemade bagels, and some fresh squeezed OJ. Then a mug of Peet's Major Dickason's, and now going to settle down with some Lapsang Souchong.

Good morning, everyone! Steaming "English Breakfast" tea from Mr.Ahmad with my rice today. Lot's of chores to do... a whole list of 'Honeydo's' to fill!

Laws vary HIGHLY between states is my understanding... but to be fair to our feline friend, I live over 3,000 miles from her territory.

Weather has improved from yesterday, just cloudy but no actual rain so far. They're saying we might actually see the sun later, but I'm not holding my breath. This time of the year, though, we do usually get at least some patchy blue sky almost every day, so there's hope.

Finished the morning OJ, and enjoying my Peet's Major Dickason's. Wish I could curl up with a good book, but will have to settle for writing help files.

Lung Ching Dragonwell. This is an unbranded Lung Ching that I bought 500 grams of while back off eBay. Turns out to have been a very good purchase. It's a perfectly acceptable grade that produces a typical China green tea. And the price was quite good.

KK, how come there is individual State licensing for real estate sales. Why can't a WA licensed broker sell in Oregon or Montana? I'm sure there is some valid reasoning behind this, but can't figure it out.

there are indeed many differences between states and their laws. even county to county there are a lot of differences in laws and regulations

Had an Arizona Raspberry Iced Tea this morning, by far the best canned/bottled ice tea that you can buy at a Gas station because they use real tea brewed with purified water. And no artificial flavours or colours.

And now I'm onto my third cup of Red Rose this afternoon.
