3 accounts in the family, none of the offers. one has 6 credits, so not a lack of credit issue.

Yes! It's annoying. I wonder why Audible does that. Annoyed customers leads to disappointed customers lead to lost customers

Annoyed customers should e-mail them and ask why they didn't get an offer. I did and I am no longer annoyed.

Maybe they calculated they are more profitable without those customers who think they should be entitled to anything anyone else gets.

I'd just email or call them. If you know about the deal, they will often give it to you whether you got an email or not. They will usually fix it, but do have planned purchases in mind. I think some of the offerings are based on how long you have been a member and how long you have had credits sitting in your account doing nothing.

Oh, and unless it states otherwise, using a credit for a preorder counts as using a credit for many of these use-so-many-credits get $$ or credit deals. I was recently offered (and took) a use 4 credits, get 1 credit.

Today's the last day for this offer here. I'm still trying to decide if I want to go ahead and jump on it, or just sit on my credits. I'm not about to run out of books, and I am not at all sure what I want for my next three.

I used my three credits for this offer. I know Audible will bribe me to spend credits so I save them up and put the audiobooks I want to buy in my wishlist until a deal like this is offered. I'm getting the credits right now for 50% off, so spending them to get a $10 credit is a great deal. Plus I've got a few whispersynced audiobooks in my wishlist that I can spend the $10 on in March (and I usually buy 1 or 2 of the daily deals each month).

I used the chat feature. They said I didn't get the offer for the use 4 credits get 1 because, "After checking on the information it seems it was an technical error to the reason why you did not receive that email for the promotion."

The gal told me to go ahead and spend the four credits and that I would get one back. So I did. I'll now see if I get it.

Well I didn't get the multi credit offer however I did just get a Buy one get one offer
It's a credit only offer 200+ books to choose from, get 2 of them for 1 credit.
