Also need a copy of the image.
My wife's glo got damaged and I did not keep the internal SD card. My own was prepared for dual boot and refuses to connect to the Kobo desktop app/sync fails.

Need to restore it to default so she can use it.

Sorry, but those "PM sent"s were not for you. Somehow I missed your requests, which I apologise for. But, if I had seen them, I would have posted:

As to why I do it this way, it is because the image contains proprietary software. It would be illegal to post it in a public location. Handling it via PMs means it is only going to people who need it. So far, Kobo are ignoring this but would probably take a different stance if they were made more generally available.
