I use Mantano, as Moon doesn't honor book styles, and I like it quite a lot. I don't know if the font will be OK for you, however.

Thanks, not sure if I tried Mantano already, I tried about everything. But never with drm books so I am not sure how to get them on an app. THey do give instructions on harlequin to use the overdrive app which I do have installed. Maybe that is the easiest. I don't think I ever read a book on there, just listened.

Kinde format is way way easier for me to deal with than epub. Sigh.


eta: I can't find a way to change the font on Mantano and its a san serif which I can't read with. I don't really see any settings. I guess its because I tried the free version. Don't want to pay at this point. Oh well.

eta: well, overdrive is out, only right ragged that I can see and I can't read like that.

This is way more complicated for me than it should be. I wish they just let me get a coupon or something to get the free book in the kindle store. Yeah, wishful thinking I know.

Mantano Essentials will let you use your own fonts.

Thanks, not free though. Not wanting to pay if I don't know if it would work. I also don't have my own fonts so I am pretty clueless about all this.

Its ok, I just can't get the harlequin free books with the points. Sadly this is all too complicated for me. I just want to read.

Only app that I can read on my tablets and phone is the kindle app and of course it can't load epubs. Bummer.

Atunah: Maybe you should consider trying Calibre (with Apprentice Elf). You don't need to put all your eBooks in there. Just add the ePubs and convert to the Kindle format you want. Then you could take advantage of the deals @ Harlequin.

Atunah, I use Pocketbook Reader. It's free and works great. It renders nicely. Dear Author did a post on it a few years back. It's come a long way since then.

I'm reading Tricky Twenty-Two and so far so good. I'm 30% in. I noticed the audio quality is not as good as past books. I had to switch to my Zip Clip because the audio app sounded bad on any device.

I'm also reading a SIM called For Christmas, Forever by Ruth Wind.

Didn't buy any books but I got a Moto E for $10! I also bought Bluetooth headphones for $10.

Is anyone else running into issue with Dreamspinner Press books? I keep getting download errors every time I try to download them straight to my Note 4, to read through Mantano. Or am I the only one?

I received an error message when I downloaded a library book to Mantano on my iPad today, but it wasn't a Dreamspinner Press book.. It opened fine in Bluefire.

I got the Moto E phone, too. So lots of time spent fixing my album covers via the program Blossom suggested (thanks again ). I have it all ready to use as my music player when I go walking.

I was able to get a second eBook from Harlequin My Rewards today still for only 2000 points. I used it for a January book.

Sadly, after using the stackable coupons with the various $15 offers, I have depleted my Harlequin wishlist. I know I could always find something to read eventually, but I think I shall just save my points. Or does anyone know when the codes expire? Can they be saved for over 30 days? I do not see anything in the FAQ or Terms & Conditions page, but maybe I'm missing it.

I can't find anything either. I've redeemed for two codes now @ 2,000 pts, but haven't used them yet.

You're welcome. I spent the morning getting my Calibre Library up to date and currently syncing it with Dropbox. I have found homes for both my K4s my niece wants one and the other is for her little boy her is six and just learning to read. So now I have my PW1 and K3 still. I have been eyeing the Kobo HD Glo as none of the newer Kindles wow me or are too pricey. I mainly read on my Nexus 7 still but wonder if eInk has improved enough to try it again.

I have a Kobo Glo HD and it is an excellent ereader, the screen is wonderful. My eyes are very sensitive and I can read for hours on it. I have never been able to do that on any tablet (even really good ones).

The Kobo can be ordered from Canada, with free shipping, which makes it quite reasonable from the USA. Do NOT buy the Kobo reader case as it does not have cutouts for the reset button! Cheaper, better cases are available elsewhere.
