Yep it's gradually getting better, but will apparently be several months before it gets as good as it is going to be. I think that the initial improvement is very obvious and then it will just be tiny increments. Still can't vacuum

Have to say that our chai latte is a cheat, comes in a sachet, tastes ok though.

I am glad that I go to see the chiropractor tomorrow. My hip (not fully formed) is becoming a problem. Everyone predicted this, I was hoping that they would be wrong. But they were not. (sigh)

Finished morning OJ, and now enjoying my Peet's Major Dickason's.

The same thing, every morning. Sounds boring, but is actually quite satisfying. Somehow, I find breakfast and mornings tend towards predictability and consistency. It seems I need that to get the day started right somehow.

I'm the same way. If my morning routine doesn't happen in the expected manner, my whole day feels off.

I woke up with this song going around my head. What a fitting tribute to this thread! It's a very old song, dating back to the mid-1500's and had been interpreted to mean so many different things over the years, from Christianity to Pot smoking to beer making. I prefer to think of it in its beer making analogies.

Good morning, everyone! Happy Monday! Having refilled all my tea tins yesterday, I was stuck in front of them for a few minutes today trying to decide which tea to have with breakfast. I settled upon East India Company's "Royal Breakfast" tea. It's a good one!

It's a bit warmer today, about 6°. I'll take a ride for a couple of hours, have lunch somewhere along the road, then come back to Starbucks for an hour's read, followed by a visit to the health club for another hour, then back home to make dinner. It's a typical day in the Stitchawl World.

But first... a second cup of tea!
