I don't remember where I saw it (so hopefully I am not forgetting someone here), but I am waiting for my coffee to brew and I will put a dark chocolate peppermint patty in it. I read where it should taste good.

On the road again, bringing my Peet's mug and the gold filter with me, along with a couple of zip lock bags of tea. This time, I brought Peet's Scottish Breakfast (a mix of India blacks and Lapsang Souchong), and Lung Ching (Dragon Well) green. So that will be my tea for the week, unless I make a trip to buy something additional. Which I might, if the weather improves. Right now there's way too much snow and ice around for any side trips I don't absolutely have to make.

Starting out with Scottish Breakfast. Yum.

I had a big glass of OJ with my oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast today. Getting ready to go out and run a bunch of errands. I love days off of work.

Well, that didn't work too well. Chocolate sludge at the bottom of the cup and not very good flavor. I must have done something wrong.

Thanks. Trip is all work, no play, but that's OK. I just wish the roads were a bit better. My car, a 2000 Honda S2000, is not exactly a snow-friendly vehicle.

But the trip down was fine, and I should be OK by the end of the day tomorrow for it to start to warm up.
