I could have helped with that! Ryleigh has finally out grown Dora and Diego and moved on to Hannah Montana. We just packed up a box of the stuff to take over to Goodwill. Thankfully, she has a bit of her mother's OCD and the toys are in really good condition so maybe she will be sending a little Christmas cheer to another little girl.

She has also started to make her list for Santa this year. A telescope and
"rainbow" maker feature prominently on her list. I see a future "Think Geek" customer in the making.

Slite, I love suncatchers and have Swarovski crystal suncatchers that I hang from the rearview mirror of my car which make incredible mini rainbows when I'm driving. I love to pull up next to someone and the sunlight starts sending the refracted light into other people's cars and they start looking around to see where it's coming from!



Ravenne ~ Because I do a large amount of my shopping on-line, I get a ton of catalogs especially at the holidays. Ryleigh loves the toy catalogs and in particular the ones that feature Science and learning toys. The MindWare catalog has something called a Rainbow Projector that supposedly projects rainbows around the room. I guess we'll find out how well it works after Santa slips one under the tree this Christmas.

Thanks, Slite and Kaz, for the explanations and the links. That does look interesting. I've never heard of those rainbow thingies before. The sites are very interesting too. Hm, I think I feel very christmassy right now. In other words: I'm in a dangerous shopping mood! Hopefully they won't ship to Germany...
