Tutorial WatchThis - Software Jailbreak for any Kindle <= 5.14.2

I've got the files installed correctly, I exit out of sideload and demo menus, go to Help/Get Started, and it doesn't reboot.

I've also tried, at that stage, hard reset, back into demo > sideload then out with Done & Done and back into Help/Get started -- still no reboot.

It's simply not working on PW3 on 15.14.2

Anyone having success on the PW3?

Hi guys, first of all thaks to jailbroken Kindle.
I'd like to try to jailbreak mi Kindle Paperwhite 11Th PW5-5.14.2 and I have some questions:
1- Can I remove, in case, jailbreak and come back to stock firmware?
2- After jailbroken Kindle can I still use my account Amazon (email) to send the books?
3- Can I read directly epub , I assume need to install Koreader?
4- Battery drain will be increase after install JB and Koreader?
5- Does Kual extension necessary to install Koreader or is an extra plugin to have extra skills; in case what will bring Kual as plus?

Thanks to all and for my will be the first trying to JB Kindle and I don't know anything and what plus I could have so I made lots questions :-)

I can't get the "DO_FACTORY_RESTORE" thing to work..

I've made that folder at the root and rebooted (to try to start all over here) and it's not working .. it reboots to the homescreen and I can still get into Demo mode (with: ;demo)

Any other ideas on that?
Nothing seems to be working right for me here

I found that windows is creating 'System Volume Information' is this an issue ?

I want to help, but take into account that I know nothing. As someone said before, I typed ;exit_demo in the search thingy to exit demo mode and I think then I went to settings and reset the device (or restart and then reset) and started all over again. After a couple of trials and errors it just worked, so I'm not sure exactly what I did for it to work

What KUAL version are you using? I'm trying the booklet installation but KUAL launcher isn't showing up in Library.

2. Yes, you can register your kindle to your account and use all services of Amazon.
3. I read epub using Koreader
4. Even if battery drain is higher, I don't feel it on my old kindle with bad battery.
5. Need kual to launch Koreader. Also you should install otablocking update to prevent OTA updates to secure your jailbreak (thanks hius07 for this package).
Simply move "renameotabin" folder from .zip file to "extension" folder on your kindle. Then go KUAL - Rename OTA binaries - Rename. When you need to update you kindle use Restore.

First, you reset your device, second, update your device via cable (download from amazon-put to kindle - 'update your kindle' from kindle menu) or OTA update. If you use renameotabin, before update use "restore" as I wrote before. As I know at this moment, in this case it will be impossible restore WatchThis jailbreak for kindle.

I got the factory reset.. Enter Resell Mode and WAIT , you must wait like 3 to 10 minutes, then press power On as it's indicated.
