Our device here also is unresponsive, except for a blinking light-green LED when you've gone through the factory reset routine.
I'd like to try flashing its SD card. Would anyone share their image with me?

What is on the screen when it "stops when booting"? Chances are a factory reset will solve this. The instructions are earlier in the thread.

Hi, could you please send the image to me? I have formatted the kobo micro sd card and in Ubuntu it appears divided in 3 part 268/268/1400 mb. What I have to do?
P.S. I have a Kobo Glo, is it compatible?
