Funny lunch. Daughter is at home with some fever. Luckily I have the menu of her school that I was able to duplicate. She was supposed to have

gnocchi al ragu. I gave her gnocchi alla romana and instead of the ragu, parmesan.
grated carrots. We grated a couple of them together.

Sweet peas. No problem, MW some frozen and a bit of sweet butter.
I also opened a can of cod roe and fried it in slices. She liked it.

Fresh fruit. I will give her a pear, maybe.

Not exactly my kind of diet food, but who cares. I am enjoying being a daddy at home with a daughter with fever that is bouncing around like she should. Marvels of paracetamol.
Saturday we go in the mountains for a week. She should be OK by then.

spinach pancakes, almonds, grape tomatoes, hummus and tzatziki with a glass of iced honey ginseng green tea ;o)

Steamed cauliflower. Boiled Canton Vaud smoked sauicisson, fresh horseradish and the most luscious potato salad. She got the rest of yesterday white (a st. Tropez white).

I got a small but hearty applause from both girls. Coffee at the table.

Thai Green Curry soup wth shredded chicken, vermicelli noodles, beansprouts, cabbage and tofu. Want to sleep at my desk now....

Breakfast was seven home made crapes made by myself

turned out good. With fresh strawberries with sugar,butter and lemon juice perfect breakfast

Leftover ham omelette, leftover home-made meatballs in sauce, a bit of lettuce and freshly-chopped capsicum. It was very nice, and now I need a coffee.
