I did run into one once. He had gone bald and had a gut that looked like he was 9 months pregnant.
This was the same one who was so into being fit and healthy that his idea of fun was to drag me up and down mountains and to go backpacking where no matter how high we tied food up in the trees, some dang bear always got to it. **And he always griped whenever I ate chocolate!**

I learned to jog with a backpack on just so I could get out of the back country as soon as I could in the morning and get to the closest civilization with food.

So I spend a week sick, another week sort of getting better, and now my freakin' period starts?!?!? WTF? Okay, it was due soon anyway, but still. It can really be a curse.

The best natural relief is some Éssence of Ginger' in half a glass of warm water. I know it works.
