Yes it is excel spreadsheet. I could send a copy to anybody who is interested or maybe share it as a google doc. I don't mind. Only it is very personal. Even though both of us prefer black tea, we are on the opposite ends when it comes to Yorkshire Tea for example

Yes, it does help! I started to loose track 4-5 months into tea drinking, so I created the spreadsheet.

I can get into the museums and botanical gardens for free here. A few other perks as well such as half price at movie theaters... but I haven't been inside a movie theater since 1991...

Tong Mu Bohea.

It is the first cup of this tea. It is one month to the day since I received it. Officially, it is the proper Lapsang Souchong.
It is smoky. However, not as pungent as standard LS, but also not as subtle and sweet as Lapsang Souchong Tong Mu I have drunk on tea tasting. It also looks different. Lapsang Souchong Tong Mu looked bit more shiny (as it should accordingly to what I have read on the Internet) while Tong Mu Bohea is dull. I would place it 1/3 of the way between standard LS and TCTC's one, closer to the latter.
Anyway, it is the first cup so far. I have to experiment a bit with the quantity of the tea. The tea leaves are long and dry so it is difficult to make a precise portion such as tea spoon

Btw., when I received TEIC's order one month ago, Tong Mu Bohea 25gr pack was missing (Thursday). I contacted them via email. Said that I was planning a small tea tasting this coming Saturday. On the following day, Friday, I received email with apologies and a promise that I should receive the tea on Saturday by 10.00! On Saturday morning, 19th November, a special courier has delivered the tea at 09.20. I was bit shocked by the service. At the end of the day I am a simple person. I am not used to something like that

In my youth I used to go three times a week (when I lived on the outskirts of London and there was a huge choice of venues). Now I go three times a year, and nearly always kids movies (Twilight - yuk! - and Tin Tin were the last two
