very smoky tonight on my last nightly walk - is Canada still burning?

So far, during the first week of our vacation, we had good weather. Only on Friday we've had some rain. Today is starting of cloudy, but the sun should come out later. And the temperature will go up to 24℃ today (16℃ is the average temperature this time of year).

Tomorrow will be a rainy and cooler day, 18/19℃. So we're staying in our cabin and get some laundry done.

Currently 23° with the overnight low hitting 11°. Some cloud moving in overnight but Monday is when the rain is supposed to return.

It's officially fall - aside from waking up to 42 F temp - this was the first morning that Pixie cat burrowed under the bankies - and stayed there!

A misty start of the day this morning. At 14℃ it isn't cold, this afternoon it'll be around 22℃, which is six degrees warmer than normal for this time of year.

From Thursday the temperature's going to drop and we're getting rain.

At least we've had good weather during our vacation. Only two rainy days, the first week was sunny, the second week gray, but still warm.

57 degrees F. now (2AM). It was up to 68 the past two afternoons with sunshine. Friday it will be a little cooler and then rain on Saturday.

While September was very warm here, October has been extraordinarily cold. The temperature is constantly less than 10℃, even at noon. It often rains. In short, it's basically winter already. I don't mind the cold weather much, although it would have been nice to have an autumn between summer and winter.

It's supposed to be like 80F tomorrow, right now it's lower 60s F.

52 degrees right now at 1 AM. It only got up to 59 today and about 54 yesterday. Sunday I wore a parka for the first time this season. It was very windy. We have had almost no heat so far this fall. I woke up at 7:30 and felt a little bit of heat in the bathroom and bedroom. Didn't check the living room. Went back to bed, the only warm place. I'm using a heated throw blanket and a heating pad now in the living room.
