I'm assuming you mean 32º fahrenheit. It has been 32ºC here for the last 7 years I think, rains a nice warm muggy rain every morning at about 5 and then again in the afternoon at about 4.

Every single day, it's like hell nothing changes.

But then again it's better than 32º fahrenheit and raining

Sorry had to rant about my weather and make fun of yours too, I can't help it.
