My monthly tea gift arrived. Both good teas that I enjoy drinking. Thank god they are in vacuum sealed bags.

Good morning everyone. Another Monday and the sun came up again. East India Company's Assam tea in my mug to go along with a bowl of rice with kimchee... This kimchee is potent! I bought it in the Korean area of downtown Osaka as they still make it the traditional way. The Japanese companies have started making it but instead of natural fermentation they are using citric and ascorbic acids to give the bite to it. Just doesn't taste as good...

Have you given thought to using Balsamic vinegar as your dressing? You can use all you want and not have to worry about calories. If you find the right brand, you can get some really great flavor without spending a fortune.

Prof, the months go by really quickly. Before you know it you'll be 'able' to drink tea again. Unfortunately, you won't have 'time' to drink tea again until the baby is about 27...
