Got the car back from my mechanic Lorenzo. AC fluid, all other fluids, checked brakes, took out winter tires put on summer ones (still perfect), decided to change semi axes: I will keep this car for 3 more years and I am pretty sure that I would have had to change them before that. So why ear that clunking noise when I turn tight?

Found 3 ant holes in lower lawn.

Got 1 regulation football and 1 small from special points of Supermarket (5 euros extra each)

Regular ants or the nasty biting ones? Fire ants have invaded our city. They've been in Florida for years, but the warm weather has encouraged a steady northward migration, and they've finally reached Chesapeake, Virginia, USA. Most unpleasant little buggers, but I haven't seen any in my neighborhood yet.

Fire ants?

We don't have them in New York yet. On Long Island, we have a new species of wasp that builds nests underground. Usually in lawns. They go into full rabid attack mode if you go near the nest. The only warning is a low hum. Which no one hears over their lawnmowers. Word is, they've killed a couple of senior citizens, possibly a toddler. They broke out a couple of years ago, but seem to be under control now.

The fire ants only arrived here a couple of years ago. They've been found in some of the public parks and farms. It's only a matter of time until they're in my backyard.

Watch out for those rabid wasps!

Little ants. But they trow up mounds of dirt. We had a lot of rain lately. Tomorrow they will get a chance to see the big ant in the sky. My robot gave them an anticipation that here it is not free for all

Wasp. In the region they have been pesty and alarming firemen. I 'am constantly checking for them and I hace a supply of cans that throw a jet of wasp stuff at 30 ft.
