I got this one in Arles.
What a beautiful nativity scene (that's what we call it here -- is that what you call it?)!! The figures are so perfect. I love the idea of moving the magi closer each night, and I'm going to pass that on to my niece who has a three-year-old at home so she can do that too! Thanks for sharing the pictures...

Rooibos Plum Cinnamon.

I went for my Doctors appointment only to get there and be told that the other office had failed to tell the main office about the appointment. I can go back this afternoon, and I will, but it is frustrating.

100 calorie packs of popcorn purchased for the office and an air popcirn machine on the Christmas list. Yesterday I ate a large order of fries and half a full size bag of potato chips. I need to find a substitute vehicle for my salt cravings.

(sigh)

The great news is that it is Friday!

forget about salt, within a month or two you wont crave for it. Moreover, salt is in most of the food you buy today, so even if you want to avoid it completely it is next to impossible. Just stop adding it to your food. It worked for me
