Don't you just love it when you're vacuuming, and then think to yourself, "Hmmm... I haven't changed the bag in a few months, I should check it to see if it needs changing." Then you feel the bag and decide that it's time to change it, but when you unzip the cloth cover, you realise that the last bag that you put on doesn't have any dirt in it, because the hose became unattached.

So now I'm taking out all of the cat hair, dust dirt and pine needles, putting them into a garbage can and trying not to breath in all of the dust that's flying into the air. My saving grace is that I have an identical vacuum that I've been meaning to put on ebay or Craiglist, so I can use that one to vacuum out the other bag so I can re-attach the interior hose.

*wheeze* Put them both on ebay and get a bagless one.

We have a bagless one and it the biggest piece of short, it wasn't cheap either. No one sells vacuums here that have beater bars, how can you vacuum carpet with out one? Sorry I have strong vacuum issues

They had them back in the fifties, why not now????

I don't think bagless is for me. I have a small mini bagless one and I can't stand when I have to dump it out. I end up using my Kirby to vacuum it clean. That's the other thing, I have yet to find a vacuum as good as my Kirbys. It's funny, as I was looking at it, with the bag assembly taken apart, I realized that there aren't many vacuum manufacturers that make them the way Kirby's are made. Every little part is made so that it can be replaced. If this would have been a Dirt Devil, at this point, I would be expected to throw it away and buy another one.

after sleeping for 4 hours each day for 3 or 4 days, I couldn't even open my eyes to text my friend this morning to tell her I couldn't come

obviously, I woke up at 12:30 pm today to take back what has been lost
