What I meant by GUIs being the source of additional trouble: they attract people to computers who would have stayed away without because of unwillingness to learn.
while the majority seems to acceppt that an education is needed prior to operating a car, a lot of people doesn't see this need for computers. (which are far more complex)

no, how will you explain this: the DHL did the shipping and I still had to payed for the extra cost? VAT and some other kinds of fee, don't remember them all. There were a lots of papers attached to the package.
