Currently hitting -2°. The Wet Coast is supposed to be warmer than that! I do have memories of the old home town where -15° was considered a warm day for February. The joys of living on the shores of the Great Bear.

32 degrees F. now (7:45pm) in New York City. It will be going down to 26 overnight. I am actually glad, because with it being 32 or below, we will have heat after 10pm. Lately it has been in the 30s-40s during the night and we are without heat from 10pm-6am. The boiler in the basement of our building is set so that even at 33 degrees outside, there is no heat during the night, because that is allowed here.
