Temperature here still dropping and well below seasonal average since it's currently -9° and snowing.

The current leading bet is that the snow will melt before next Sunday and Vancouver will not see a white Christmas (about an 9% chance for the last 75 years, an 8% chance over the last 25 years).

Its been in the 30s(F) most of the day here. It is a heavy, damp cold. I saw a few fleeting flurries.

I went to my public library here and it was a zoo. It seemed like most of the town was planning to be snowed in for weeks.

Absolute same. Its a miserable cold rain now. I hope it dries out before the SUPER low temps tomorrow night. I'm supposed to pick up an order at the Chapel Hill Farmers Market on Saturday morning and I am already sort of dreading it. At least one of my vendors will have fresh, homemade spiced cider. Which I will take home and immediately spike with some good gin.

20F - that's downright cold for the Sound. It snowed a fraction of an inch on Tue and still hasn't melted.

I don't like this. We have mountains for snow and cold, so I'll be glad when this cold spell disappears.
