I really hope I can use all my rewards codes before the 12th. I was able to use two today. If I do two a day. I may make it. I can't believe they are switching to this format. It wont last unless they go subscription service and they will need a decent app which they have never been able to make before so call me skeptical on this move but I see it failing and further decline of our beloved Harlequin as Harpercollins continues to ruin it.

Hi romance friends, I'm downloading all my Harlequin purchases. Certain files don't have an Adobe Epub download option available. It looks like it's for titles that they don't have the rights to anymore, because when I click on the title info link I get a file not found error. I wonder if there's any way around this. How frustrating!

Alot of titles were removed when they redid the site. Books like Lindsay Sands The Deed are no longer available even though it shows still in my library shelf. Luckily I always back up the same month so I have it. As far as I know there is no work around.

She was misinformed. I always get a email confirmation with code Included. Just today I got two emails for the points I cashed in. Is there a limit on how many times you can redeem points in a day?

Yesterday and today, I was able to create and use three codes each day. The "get code" button that creates the codes disappears for me after three. This is something someone else upthread noted. I didn't have any trouble using all three codes each day. I did check out each title individually, so just one title and one code in my basket each time -> this made three separate checkouts each day.

Fingers crossed it keeps working like this through the cutover date - I had been very sloppy and have a fair number of points built up...

I get my receipts when I "buy" the book using a redemption code, but no longer get the email when I submit points to get a code. Strange!

I've decided that even though I will more than likely switch over to buying my books from Kobo, I will still submit my receipts to get the rewards points.

Sadly I have a feeling the rewards program will be the next thing to go...

One of the books I thought I'd get hasn't dropped in over 4 years, still $9.99 so no code use.


Just redeemed for three codes and got blocked like others have been.

Wouldn’t surprise me. They already changed the My Rewards program so you can only get points from buying books. The other stuff has been gone a long time now.

Thanks for your reply. I actually found that I could download the titles that showed a 0 KB Adobe Epub file available So all my titles have been transferred to Calibre
