It's cloudy at the moment, but not dark and grey. The sun is trying it's best and it should get sunny later in the morning. Right now (9am) it's 11C, but it should go up to 17C today, so a nice day.

We had enough wind, rain and flickers that I had to trip a few breakers to settle down the appliances. But other than that, the storm didn't really do us too much damage. We were in a tiny pocket surrounded by downed trees and power outages though.

Today its cool and still very damp. Highs expected to be in the low to mid 60sF/15Cish. Fall seems to have blown in with TS Ida and is here to stay.

Monday was our fourth day in a row of rain, from drizzle to pouring. Monday the temps have been between 51-48. We finally got some heat today but only because I complained this morning. The heat came on about 2 in the afternoon.

Saying goodbye to a warm (24°) and sunny day. Expected to continue for the next week. The side effect of this weather is that we are heading into autumn in the midst of a prolonged drought and the haze from the forest fires is building up.

It grey and rainy today, at 15C it isn't cold. It should get dry after 3pm.

Warm and sunny. Projected highs in the mid-20's for the next week.

Never thought I would miss rain but the trees look so sad.

It's drizzling at the moment. I hope it dries up before I have to leave to go to my sister (we're going on a guided tour on a country estate).

But it should get dry within the next hour or so, after that it should be a really nice day, with a lot of sun and eventually 17-18C (currently, 8.30am, it's 13C).
