The top of it is angled fairly steeply, giving it a pretty broad range that it fits. But it's tall enough that you'd want a mug, not a teacup. Very pleased with this solution, I must say. I'll likely switch to it even when I get back home for those times when I'm the only one having tea.

The only Gloria Jean's shop in Hanoi was really far from my place, and even so, it was closed, without any warning!! It was replaced with Espressamente Illy (they serve coffee in tiny cups - not my favorite style). No Starbucks, nothing!!

I saw a few in Amazon, but I think I want to go to the shops to see actual size and try it with a few mugs. Thanks for the great idea.

I saw the one CRussel posted and looked at a couple on Amazon. I think I want to check some out in the shops to see what the size really is and how it would work in one of my mugs. I use to use one for single cups of coffee a long time ago and didn't know that there were some for tea.
