Just spent 30 minutes on the phone with my mother, walking her through the steps of downloading a book (new download in replacement of the one she bought that crashed the Cybook), opening it in ADE and copying it to the Cybook. Not as easy as it sounds for someone who had her first computer 2 years ago.

Right now considering carreer options, as I received an e-mail offering me a pest control training. Rats, anyone?
