I've looked through the T&C for the reward program and while I admit I tend to go cross eyed when reading such things I see nothing saying coupons/codes aren't transferable (points aren't). There is also nothing in the code email. Are you guys seeing somewhere that they're saying a code can't be given away?

I remember someone trying and it didn't work so they emailed customer service and they said it was account specific. Library Addict was that you?

No, but I remember reading that as well.

I think we could "gift" the old codes back when they were issued in numerical order. But the new alpha-numeric type codes are account specific.

I decided to sit out the Harlequin sale. Have some books in my cart at Kobo, but am still waiting on Swagbucks to straighten out my gift card (they sent one for the wrong store which has never happened to me before). If they don't send my card by tomorrow then I'll just delete them from the cart as the 5x points I think ends on the 24th.

Took the week off from reading to watch TV. Finally watched the final season of Downton Abbey. Also watched the first few episodes of a couple of new TV series.

I'm 36% in on Twice Bitten. I made myself stop last night. I didn't want to but had to get up early on Sundays.

I didn't see anything on the Harlequin sale I had to have. At least on the Harlequin site, you could see all the authors so I could jump to my favorites to see what they had on sale. Still, nothing I need to get.

Sarah Morgan's Sleepless in Manhattan is $0.99 at Amazon. Looks to regularly be $5.99.

I ended up getting Nicole Helm's All I Am (PTSD injured vet - 2nd book in a series) from Brooklyn after the recommendation on the SBTB blog. Enjoyed it enough to buy it. Book #3 (a one night stand pregnancy trope) wasn't on sale, found that at Brooklyn, too, THEN went back and purchased book #1 because I liked book #2&3 so much! Haven't started that one yet.
