Another first post searching for Cherrypal threads. Somewhere I once heard that if a business treats someone right they tell someone else. If they get treated badly they tell 10 people. I have purchased many goods and services over the years that I was happy with. But I do not search the web looking for people who complained about those goods or services to defend the businesses. But I have spread the word when I find that a business is screwing around with a lot of their customers.

This company has way too many complaints about them which can be found via an easy google search. They should be avoided at all costs.

CherryPal is indeed a SCAM, a FRAUD and something should be done to stop that Max Seybold. We ordered 10 laptops 6 weeks ago, to only get lies, and stories about shipment issues from China.. duhh!!! he promised to reimburse but has simply disappeared. We reported the issue to our bank, who tried to get the money back, but he has already cashed it and would not respond to his own bank letters. I have no intention of letting him get away with that, and if we have to alert Interpol, we will do that. Being based outside of the US does not make it easier, but this fraud has to stop now and everyone should be made aware that Max Seybold is a crook.

It didn't work because I didn't get billed by Cherrypal. I was charged for a social networking site (I forget the name). I couldn't convince the CS rep that I had been scammed.

Why would someone be, as you put it, a "Cherrypal enemy" if not for the fact that they had been scammed by Cherrypal?

And as for his recent blog post, so what if he is continuing his lies? max very specifically told me very early in January that my unit had shipped, and that I would receive a tracking number shortly. I did not get the tracking number, nor did I get the laptop. He has lied outright. Why should anyone trust him?

Why would someone have a grudge against Max (other than because he scammed them)?

And I did contact Max back in January and December. He outright lied to me. He did not deliver the laptop. Why should I put more work into this? I'm not the one who screwed up.
